Tearing down a wood fence can be trickier than it seems.  Here are some tips on how to tear it down and throw it out:

-Check with your power company or cable company to ensure no lines run where your wood fence is before tearing it down. When you dig the posts out, you don't want to get electrocuted or knock out cable to the neighbors.
-Make sure you have the right equipment to tear down your wood fence. Heavy work gloves are a must to avoid getting splinters in your fingers as you work. If you are using a saw to break up the fence, be sure to wear safety goggles to protect your eyes.
